Have you ever felt like your life is just passing by, day after day, and you’re not really living it? Maybe you feel stuck, unhappy, and you don’t see any real options to change things. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Life is like a container—a jar filled with time. You’re inside that jar, and every day, a little bit of your time evaporates. If you don’t do much with it, if you just let it slip away, you end up feeling empty and sad. And the more you let your days reflect that sadness, the more your life will feel miserable.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. The first step is to take your life into your own hands. Ask yourself: What can I do right now to make a real difference? How can I organize my days so that every morning, I know exactly what I’m going to do, step by step? When you repeat these actions every day, that’s called discipline. And when you keep at it, day after day, that’s regularity. It might sound like a teacher’s lesson, but I’m telling you this because I want you to really get it. It took me ten years to finally take charge of my own life.

I spent over $92,000 on courses and seminars in the US, Australia, the UK, Ireland, and even Canada. That’s a lot of money, and it took a lot of time. I was lucky to live in all those places, but it was a long road. I want to save you some of that time and trouble.

Here’s something simple but powerful: Think of your day like a jar. If you fill it with sand first—the little, unimportant things—you won’t have room for the big rocks, the things that really matter. Start your day with the most important tasks, the “big rocks.” Only after that, fill in the gaps with the smaller, less important things—the sand.

This is the same idea as “eat that frog.” If you had to eat a horrible frog today, you’d probably spend all day dreading it if you waited. It would take up space in your mind and ruin your day. But if you eat the frog first thing in the morning, it’s done. You’re free. You can enjoy the rest of your day. That’s how you move forward. Otherwise, you’ll procrastinate, and your mind will be cluttered with things you haven’t done.

I know this because I’ve been there. I wasted so much time putting things off, and it only made me feel worse. But you can change that, starting today. I believe in you 100%. I know you can go far.

Life is a path. If the path is pleasant, you don’t even worry about where it leads. Step by step, little by little, you’ll go very far. But you have to start today. Remember, time is your most precious asset. The goal of life is simple: to be happy. That’s it. So start now, and make the most of every single day.
