Have you ever wanted to start something new? Maybe a fresh challenge or just a different way of living? We all feel that urge to push ourselves, to go beyond what we know. But real progress starts with projects—simple ones, and often small. Simplicity is key. Always choose simple over complicated.
When you want to begin, make your project as simple as possible. Then, make it as small as possible. Simple, small, and quick. Pick just one project and stick with it for a month. At the end of the month, look back and see how it went.
Every day, spend one hour on your project. Do it in the morning if you can. Mornings are best because if you wait until later, anything can happen to throw you off. When you get it done first thing, you know it’s done. You’ll feel free and relaxed for the rest of the day, and your mind will be clear to think creatively or plan your next steps.
Day by day, you’ll see progress. Today you do a little, tomorrow a little more, and so on. But keep your focus on the same project. Make it your obsession. Put all your energy into it. If you spread yourself too thin, you risk doing nothing at all. Focus brings results. When you believe in yourself and put your attention on one thing, you give yourself the best chance to succeed.
The only limits that exist are the ones we set for ourselves. Everything is possible. Everything is easy if you really want it. If you want something strongly enough, you’ll find a way. You’ll give your energy and attention to make it happen, at your own pace and on your own terms.

At the end of the month, review your progress. Was it a success or not? If not, you can change direction. In the startup world, they call this a “pivot.” For example, if you started a cereal company for everyone but realized it wasn’t working, you might pivot to focus only on athletes. It’s the same for your project. If your first idea doesn’t work, adjust your approach.
No matter where you live, your background, or your education, you can find a way. Maybe you’ll have to work harder than others. Maybe it will take more time or money. Sometimes, if you don’t have money, you might need to take a temporary job to support your project. But everything is possible. It might take sacrifice, but you can do it.
I believe in you. I know you can make it happen. If you want to go further, I’ve written two books that go deep into these ideas. I spent years writing them, and I put everything I know into those pages. I’m sure they’ll help you.
