If you want to make real progress and see your life move forward, you need to use the right levers. One of the most powerful is having a clear action plan—a way to track your progress every day. This isn’t about complicated systems or fancy tools. It’s about knowing yourself, understanding your long-term goals, and making sure each day counts toward them.

The first step is self-awareness. Take the time to figure out what you really want in the long run. Once you have those goals in mind, the path ahead becomes much clearer. You’re no longer lost or unsure. Each morning, you know exactly what you need to do. You can build small habits into your routine, especially in the morning when your energy is at its peak and your mind is still fresh, untouched by the distractions and surprises that come later in the day.

Even if you only spend ten minutes each morning working toward your goal, that adds up to seventy minutes by the end of the week. That’s already a big step forward. If you can manage twenty minutes a day, you’ll have invested over two and a half hours by the week’s end. Imagine what you could achieve with that time! Every day, you make a little progress. You invest in your time and your daily life. That’s what I hope you’ll do, because you’ll see a real, drastic change if you stick with it.

There’s another thing I want to talk about: problems. Sometimes, we blow our problems out of proportion. We think, “I have so many problems, I’ll never make it.” But if you take a step back, you’ll see that most of our problems are just dust in the grand scheme of things. Picture yourself on a mountain, looking at the stars, or standing by the bay. Suddenly, your problems seem tiny—almost nothing compared to the universe.

When you look at life from this bigger perspective, you realize your problems don’t deserve all that negative energy, time, or mental space. Instead of getting stuck on small issues, use that energy to do things you truly enjoy, to invest in your time and your life. Don’t let little problems hold you back.

Reflection

What small daily habit can you start tomorrow to move closer to your goals? Are you letting little problems take up too much space in your mind?
