On the other, some people barely take any notes at all. Instead, they learn something new, find it interesting, and immediately put it into practice.
Let’s say you come across a topic that grabs your attention. You have two choices: either jot down notes for later, or you can do something more active. For example, you might create a video or audio training session about what you just learned. You could even add a PDF summary with the key points. If you ever need to revisit the topic, you simply go back to the training you made, along with your PDF, and use it as a reference.
This approach means you’re not just taking notes for the sake of it. Instead, you’re building resources that you can reuse, not only for yourself but also for others. Your previous training sessions become your notes. They’re more practical, more alive, and much easier to revisit than a forgotten notebook.
