Feeling good isn’t just about chasing pleasure or ticking off boxes on a to-do list. It’s about being someone who loves to share, who enjoys learning, and who builds their energy around curiosity. When you make learning a habit, you always find new ways to feel better, to grow, and to keep life interesting.
Curiosity is your best friend. When you’re not feeling great, ask yourself: What could I do differently? Track your learning curve. Look at what you’ve done before and ask, “How can I improve? What can I try next?” Maybe what made you happy before doesn’t work anymore. Maybe your job feels dull, or your workplace is full of toxic people. That’s your sign—it’s time to listen to yourself.
If you never try something new, you’ll never know if it’s better. So, find better ways to live. Don’t just do what everyone else does. Your circle isn’t “everyone.” When you travel, you see there are so many ways to live, so many ideas out there. Stay open to these differences, but always pick what’s best for you.
Just because something makes someone else happy doesn’t mean it will work for you. Test things out. Try, fail, adjust. Find your own balance—the sweet spot where you can invest in yourself and your life.
Life is short. Time is like a train that never stops. You have to jump on while it’s moving. Take control of your life instead of just letting it happen. Complaining won’t make things better. You have to act, move forward, and always look for what’s next. That’s how you build a life that feels right, a life that truly reflects who you are.

Living a life you don’t like, just waiting for retirement or a new job, isn’t the answer. The “perfect moment” will never come on its own. You have to create it. If you keep waiting, you’ll wait forever. Make your own right moment to jump into the future you want.
Travel, do things, learn new skills. But don’t fall into the trap of always chasing the next big thing, or the “fear of missing out.” Right now, I could spend my whole day watching the animals in front of me. That’s nice, but I also accept that I can’t do everything in one day. Just because people say you should get into NFTs, Bitcoin, or AI doesn’t mean you have to. Ask yourself: Would this make me happy? Would I enjoy it? If you do something just to be trendy, you’ll end up pretending to be someone you’re not.
Be the person you want to be. Sometimes, it helps to remember what you loved doing when you were 8, 9, 10, or 12—before you were influenced by classmates or trends. What did you do for hours during summer break? Now you’re an adult, so you’ll do things differently, but those memories can give you clues. Maybe you loved Playmobil as a kid. Now, maybe you collect or sell them. If it lights you up, go for it. That spark, that passion, is what matters.
For me, being surrounded by nature, watching animals, brings me real joy. Right now, I’m in an animal park, looking at cranes outside my window. It’s simple, but it fills me with happiness. Sometimes, the best moments are right in front of you—if you take the time to notice.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect.

So, find what makes you feel alive. Try new things, but don’t force yourself to follow every trend. Listen to yourself. Remember what made you happy as a child. Sometimes, the answer is right there.
