How to Create Anything Without Letting Doubt Stop You

There’s something truly magical about creating things. Whether it’s building, writing, drawing, or simply coming up with new ideas, the act of making something out of nothing is a power we all have. Yet, so few of us actually use it. Why is that?

The answer is simple: we’re naturally resistant to change. We get stuck in our own mental cages, convinced that we can’t go beyond a certain point. We all have a line in our minds that we call “reasonable,” and we rarely dare to cross it. But here’s the truth: that line is imaginary. The only real limit is the one you set for yourself.

If you want to go further, to do more, you have to let go of everything you’ve been taught about what’s possible. Forget about your upbringing, your country’s culture, your past experiences. That’s hard, because we always rely on what we’ve done before. When I used to approach someone new, I’d always ask myself, “Did I do this last time? Did it work?” If yes, I’d do it again. If not, I’d hesitate, worried I’d look strange.

It’s the same with emails or job applications. We reuse old templates, tweak them a bit, and send them off. We rarely start from scratch. This habit builds mental barriers, and those barriers are toxic if you want to succeed. If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the same results. If you copy others, you’ll only live their lives, not your own.

To break free, you have to leave the beaten path. Otherwise, you’ll feel trapped, paralyzed by routine. Imagine running free like a cow in a field, or flying like a bird with no boundaries. That’s how life should feel—a sandbox where anything is possible. Life is short and unpredictable, so why not try to do as much as you can?

I spend my days and nights sharing everything I can to help others break these barriers. For me, it’s a mission, something that makes me feel alive. You should find what makes you feel alive, too. When you do, you can design your life without limits. Anything is possible if you want it badly enough. Intense desire opens doors you never knew existed.

Even in daily routines, we fall into patterns. Take brushing your teeth, for example. Most people use a regular brush, but our teeth are more complex than that. Some spots are impossible to reach with just a brush. You need floss, maybe other tools. My own toothbrush has a bow tie on it—my mom made it for me. My girlfriend’s has a necklace instead. It’s a small thing, but it’s different, and it makes me smile.

Most people stick to what everyone else does. But the average person doesn’t achieve much. The average person sets mental limits—limiting beliefs. These beliefs feel like the end of the road, but really, they’re just in your head. Sometimes they’re so deeply rooted you can’t imagine any other way. But again, everything is possible if you want it.

I want you to succeed in your projects and dreams. Life goes by so quickly—one day you’re 40, then 60, 80, 90. Life is fantastic and deserves to be tasted, devoured, enjoyed. That’s why you have to smash your mental barriers and be persistent—even obsessed—with your ideas. But don’t confuse obsession with stubbornness. Obsession means you’re driven, but stubbornness is banging your head against a wall that won’t move. If you want to move to Tokyo in three months, learn a bit of Japanese every day. You won’t be fluent, but you’ll be ready. The more you learn, the more you realize there’s still to learn, but that’s what opens up new possibilities.

Daily effort compounds, just like interest in a bank account. If you do something positive every day, the effect multiplies and becomes exponential. But be careful—it works for bad habits, too. If you eat poorly or sleep late every day, that adds up as well.

If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got. — Henry Ford

So, remove your limits. If you want to go even further, keep learning. The most beautiful thing in life is sharing knowledge. I learn from your feedback, too—it’s a give-and-take. I share what I’ve learned from years of experience and from the best teachers out there.

Life is short. Taste it fully, starting today.

What mental barriers are holding you back?
What’s one thing you can do differently today?
Are you living your own life, or just copying someone else’s?
