Have you ever noticed how your mood and outlook can shift just by changing your surroundings or what you focus on? Let’s talk about psychology, and more specifically, how you can change your interpretation of reality—how you see things, how you feel about them, and how your environment plays a huge role in all of this.

One powerful technique I want to share is about “manufacturing” your environment. Think of your environment as a kind of placebo. Often, we find ourselves in places that hold us back or make us anxious. For example, maybe you live in an apartment and worry about toxic materials in the walls or ceiling. Just the thought of something like asbestos can make your whole outlook on life feel heavier, even if you’re not sure it’s really there. You might start thinking, “What if my ceiling is dangerous?” and suddenly, everything feels more difficult.

Of course, if you suspect something truly dangerous, like asbestos, you should get it checked out. But what I’m really getting at is how our perception of our environment can shape our entire experience. Sometimes, you might be in a place where people are negative, or where there’s more violence, and you start to believe that nothing good is possible. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that everything is going wrong.

But here’s the thing: you can choose to shape your perception. You can “manufacture” a different reality by focusing on positive things, by changing what you pay attention to, and by deciding how you interpret what’s around you. There isn’t just one fixed reality—there are as many realities as there are ways to see the world. The reality that matters most is the one you build for yourself.

If you fill your mind with positive things, your whole experience changes. The environment you create for yourself, both physically and mentally, can either hold you back or help you move forward. It’s not about ignoring real problems, but about choosing not to let fear or negativity control your perspective.

The power to change your reality starts with changing your perception. When you realize that, you can start to build a life that feels lighter, more open, and full of possibility.

The pain, confusion, and searching shown throughout the album is masked by the autotune that he uses, and leaves any remnants of humanity in its dust. This image was an attempt to recognize the hopeless searching and lack of humanity, and his search of deeper meaning to life.
