Let’s talk about something that can truly change the way you experience your day: the positive feeling. What is this “positive feeling” exactly? It’s that sense of well-being, that spark you get when you wake up and feel ready to take on the world. You know those mornings when you open your eyes, feel full of energy, and think, “Wow, today’s going to be exceptional—I’m going to get things done, I’m motivated, and I’m excited”? That’s the positive feeling I’m talking about.
But sometimes, it’s the opposite. Maybe you wake up feeling a bit down, not quite yourself, lacking energy or motivation. We all have those days. So, how do you create a positive feeling in your daily life, especially when it doesn’t come naturally?
It’s not always easy, but having a project—a real, meaningful project—can make all the difference. When you have something you care about, something that follows you through your days, it changes everything. A life project doesn’t have to be huge or lifelong; it can be something you work on for a month, two months, or six months. Personally, I keep a notebook where I write down projects that inspire me, projects that make me happy. I update this list regularly.
Sometimes, when I notice my motivation slipping, I realize it might be time to change the project itself or the way I see it. Maybe my perspective has shifted, and that’s okay. It’s important to ask yourself: “Why am I less excited about this project now? Why do I feel less proud or motivated?” Step by step, you can look at the problem from a different angle, adjust your approach, and keep moving forward. The goal is to reach a point where you feel satisfied with your project and, most importantly, with yourself.

When you start to feel new energy coming from your project, that’s a sign you’re heading in the right direction. Of course, your environment matters too—what you eat, the rewards you give yourself, and the people around you all play a part. But the project is always number one.
As for me, I’m about to head to bed, but I’m already looking forward to tomorrow because I have training sessions planned. That’s my project for the week, and it motivates me a lot.
The positive feeling isn’t just a mood—it’s a choice you can nurture, one project at a time.
