The real secret to feeling good is surprisingly simple: do things that make you happy. That’s it. But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy to put this into practice. There’s always something else demanding our attention—social pressure, distractions, or just the endless to-do list. It becomes hard to focus, to be truly present, and to do things just for ourselves—things that bring us joy without frustration.

For me, waking up late always leaves me feeling off. There’s that saying, “The day belongs to those who wake up early.” I feel that deeply. When I get up early, I have so much more energy. I can focus on what matters to me because I’m fully present. That means I do things well, with real quality. I’m 100% in the task, and the results show.

Take creating a course, for example. If I work on it in the morning, it’s always better than if I do it in the afternoon or evening. I don’t have to search for my words. I’m happier, more enthusiastic, and more present. I’m not scrambling to figure out what to say. There’s a real difference.

The same goes for solving problems. Recently, I had a technical issue with my software—a DNS certificate problem that affected all my subdomains. At night, I was stuck and frustrated. But after a good night’s sleep, I woke up full of energy and found the solution right away. Sometimes, just stepping back—taking a walk, clearing your head—helps you see things differently. Suddenly, the answer appears.

Life works the same way. Sometimes, we don’t know why things aren’t going well. We get stuck, and we don’t understand why we’re not moving forward. Just taking a moment to reflect, to step back and ask, “Is there a better way to do this?”—that can change everything. Most of the time, the answer is yes. There is a better way.

So, listen to yourself. Trust your instincts. The best time to take action, to make decisions, is today. Right now. There’s no point in putting off what you want to do. The best moment is always now.

Today, make it a good day. For me, the weather is beautiful outside, so I’m going to take a walk by the water, rest a bit, think about my ideas, maybe read, and just enjoy the moment. I’ll send a postcard and slip it into my backpack. Simple things, but they make all the difference.
