How Taking a Break From YouTube Can Move You Forward

Sometimes, pressing pause is the bravest move you can make.

For a while now, I’ve felt the need to share something important: I’m taking a break from publishing new videos on my YouTube channel. This isn’t a goodbye, but rather a necessary pause. The channel will remain up, but it will be in “read-only” mode. No new uploads, no comments from me, just the collection of videos I’ve already created, available for you to watch as often as you like.

The Power of Focus

I’ve decided to focus all my energy on my career. That means putting some of my other projects, including this channel, on hold. It’s not always easy to make these choices, but sometimes you have to compartmentalize your life into chapters. Right now, my career is the chapter I need to give my full attention.

This isn’t about abandoning what I’ve built. In fact, I’m proud of the library of videos I’ve created. They’re not tied to trends or technologies that fade after a year. Instead, they’re designed to be timeless, so you can revisit them whenever you want and still find value. Whether you’re working on building a better version of yourself, seeking more happiness, or just looking for a new perspective, these videos are there for you.

Why a Pause Is Sometimes Necessary

You might wonder why I’m choosing to step back now. After all, I’ve been publishing videos every single day since April 2020. That’s over five and a half years—almost six—of daily uploads. It’s been a real challenge, but also a fantastic journey. Still, there comes a time when you have to recognize that doing the same thing over and over won’t bring new results. As the saying goes, only a fool expects something new by repeating the same actions.

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

  • Albert Einstein

Taking a break is not about giving up. It’s about making space for growth, for new ideas, and for the next phase of your life. Sometimes, you have to make sacrifices and tough choices to move forward. For me, this pause is about giving myself permission to focus, to grow, and to see where this new direction leads.

What This Means for You

All the videos I’ve published will remain available. You can watch them as many times as you want. In fact, I made them with the idea that you could come back to them whenever you need a boost or a reminder. If you’re looking to work on yourself, to create a new version of you, or to live a happier life, these videos are there to support you.

I encourage you to use this time to focus on your own growth. Sometimes, having a set collection of resources can help you avoid distractions and really dig deep into your personal development. Let these videos be a tool for you to reflect, to act, and to move closer to the life you dream of.

Change Is Good

After nearly six years of daily uploads, it’s time for something different. Maybe in the future, I’ll return to YouTube with new ideas and a fresh perspective. The future is never set in stone. For now, I’m excited to see where this focus takes me, and I wish you the same courage to pursue your own path.

I truly hope you go far in your own projects. I want you to live the life you dream of, just as I’m living mine. Sometimes, that means making hard choices, taking breaks, and trusting that change will bring new opportunities.
