Feeling at peace is a real gift. We all need it—being calm, feeling safe, and recharging our energy so we can give the best of ourselves. When you’re truly rested and calm, in a place where you feel secure, it changes everything. In English, people call this a “safe space”—a place where you can express yourself freely, show your mistakes, learn from others, and not feel judged.
Creating this kind of environment at home or with family makes a huge difference. When you share your safe space with others, you open up, share what you’re learning, and invite others to do the same. For example, I often talk about what I’m reading or learning at the moment. Sometimes, someone else shares what they’re working on, and suddenly, you’re both growing together. This ongoing learning, this exchange, is powerful.
Right now, I’m reading an old book that I first read back in 2015 or 2016. I even asked my mother to bring it to me all the way to Australia. It’s almost ten years old, but I love going back to books like this. You always find something new, and rereading a book from a time in your life you enjoyed lets you relive those moments. I don’t know if you feel the same, but for me, it’s a real pleasure to remember good times. Even if the book is a bit outdated, when I read it in a pleasant place, I feel my eyes light up. I feel moved, happy, and just—wow—it does me so much good.
This is something you can create for yourself. Rereading something you love, whether it’s a novel, a biography, or anything else, can bring back those good feelings. I sometimes read on the terrace, sometimes in my room. Sometimes, I just open the window and look at the sea, listen to the birds, and take it all in. It makes me happy. It makes life feel wonderful.

Speaking of environment and safe spaces, it’s so important to invest in your well-being and your learning. I’ve spent years and a lot of money on seminars and training in the US, Australia, the UK, and Ireland. I do this because I want to keep learning and growing, and I love sharing what I learn. Teaching others helps me organize my thoughts and keeps me learning, too. It’s like having a second brain—putting what I learn somewhere safe, so I can come back to it and share it with you.
The truth is, if you want to see real change in your life, you have to take action. It’s not enough to just read or listen—you have to put things into practice, step by step. If you do, you’ll see a real difference in your daily life. You’ll have the life you’ve always wanted. Even if you’ve already done a lot for your personal growth and well-being, there’s always something new to learn. I’m always updating what I know, changing my methods when I find something better, and sharing that with others.
At the end of the day, it’s up to you. You can choose to invest in yourself, in your well-being, and in your knowledge. That’s the best investment you can make. Don’t wait for tomorrow to start living the life you want. The best time to take action is now.

If you really want something, if you’re obsessed with it, you’ll get there if you keep going. Not everyone starts from the same place—some people have a head start. But if you want something badly enough, even if you have to work harder, you’ll get it. I believe in you. That’s why I share what I learn—to give you a head start, to help you invest in your life. It’s the best thing you can do for yourself.
